A great and supportive workplace!

I’ve been working at Bourke Air for over 5 years now, starting my 4 year apprenticeship and getting signed off in this time. At Bourke Air I’ve learnt and worked on older style units all the way up to more modern, complex machines found in many commercial buildings. I’ve had great experiences working with other members of the Service Team, from technicians to office staff, that have helped me grow and progress through my trade. A mixture of older, more experienced technicians, and younger technicians with fresh ideas, makes it that much easier to learn new ways and get a better understanding on how to resolve any problems that may appear. Most day to day jobs go smoothly, with booked appointments and relevant information, but those rare days when things just go wrong, I can always count on other technicians and the office staff to provide me with advice and help to get me through. While at my time at Bourke Air I’ve been put in charge of numerous sites, council buildings and schools, giving me a sense of responsibility and ownership, and allowing me to build a positive and trusting relationship with clients. I have learnt and experienced so much working at Bourke Air in my 5 years, but there is still plenty more to uncover, and I’m sure that my knowledge and understanding will only get better in my future years at Bourke Air.
