Bourke Air exists to service a market consisting of commercial and industrial clients as well as a proportion of domestic clients in the following areas:

• Routine preventative maintenance of airconditioning equipment and mechanical services.

• The supply and installation of refrigerated air conditioning systems, specialising in Computer Room installations, duct alterations, exhaust systems and extraction systems to the manufacturers' requirements.

• Renovations requiring the removal and relocation of equipment for current clients also fall into our domain.

• A guaranteed 24-hour breakdown callout service.
  

The company works directly with the clients, including APM Group, Emerson Network Power, Air Systems Engineering, Tricom, Gloweave, Pacific Brands Clothing, Bursons, St Georges Health Care Group. We provide services to multi storey buildings, corporate offices, schools, Government buildings, manufacturing plants, serviced office apartments, hotels, Telstra buildings and large private homes. Bourke Air also subcontracts to larger air conditioning companies and mechanical services companies.
